"Religion" is a word in LAW AND LEGAL, ENGLISH
As used ln constitutional provisions forblddlng the “establlshment of religion," the term means a partlcular system of faith and worship recognized and practised by a particular church, sect, or deuom-ination. See Reynolds v. U. S., 98 U. S. 149
Strictness of fidelity in conforming to any practice, as
if it were an enjoined rule of conduct.
Specifically, conformity in faith and life to the
precepts inculcated in the Bible, respecting the conduct of life and
