A sudden, unexpected movement; a sudden and capricious
impulse; a sally; as, starts of fancy.
The beginning, as of a journey or a course of action; first
motion from a place; act of setting out; the outset; -- opposed to
finish.
A convulsive motion, twitch, or spasm; a spasmodic effort.
The Internet is the first technology since the printing press which could lower the cost of a great education and, in doing so, make that cost-benefit analysis much easier for most students.
