"Memorandum" is a word in LAW AND LEGAL, ENGLISH
Lat. To he remembered ; he it remembered. A formal word with which the body of a record ln the court of king’s beuch ancientiy commenced. Townsh. Pl. 486 ; 2 Tldd, Pr. 719. The whole clause ls now, in practice, termed, from this iuitial word, the "memorandum,” and lts use is sup-posed to have originated from the circum-stance that proceedings “by bill" (in which alone lt has been employed) were formerly considered as the by-business of the court. Gilb. Com. Pl. 47, 48

a note to help the memory.
A brief or informal note in writing of some

drawn up in a brief and compendious form.
Despite my firm convictions, I have always been a man who tries to face facts, and to accept the reality of life as new experience and new knowledge unfolds. I have always kept an open mind, a flexibility that must go hand in hand with every form of the intelligent search for truth.
