"Servant" is a word in LAW AND LEGAL, ENGLISH
A servant ls one who ls employed to render personal servlces to hls employer, otherwise than ln the pursuit ot an independent calling, and who in such service remains entirely under the control and direction of the latter, who ls called his master. Civ. Code Cal. f 2009.
