"Rogation" is a word in ENGLISH
Litany; supplication.
The demand, by the consuls or tribunes, of a law to be
passed by the people; a proposed law or decree.
How can God allow this to happen? How can our predecessors allow this to happen? How can YOU allow this to happen? We could all blame everyone else for the problems of the past that brought us the present, but that doesn't do us any good. The past has already been written, and there's nothing you can do about it. The only thing you can do is concentrate on making it a better place today. Be the present example by following your heart and not worrying what others are doing.
