"Paang-Ang" is a word in HILIGAYNON
paáng-ang - To lisp, babble, mumble,
talk very indistinctly, as a baby wishing to
be fondled or played with, etc. Indì ka
magpaáng-ang. Don’t mumble (lisp). (cf.
áng-ang——to stammer, etc.).
