A natural-born subject or citl-zen; a denizen by blrth; one who owes his domicile or citizenship to the fact of his birth within the country referred to. Any of the live stock found in a region, as distinguished
from such as belong to pure and distinct imported breeds.
Rights are not easy to obtain, and once we understand this, we must work attentively and persistently - and never become careless or lazy.
