A contract of af-frelghtment is a contract with a ship-owner to hire his ship, or part of It, for the car-rlage of goods. vessel, or some part of it, to convey cargo.
In order for evil to go down, the good had to fight, suffer and die. We won, but only after suffering a lot of pain and I’m sure many have had second thoughts.
